السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،\\n\\nأود تقديم شكوى بخصوص طلبي رقم 461، الذي قمت بطلبه بتاريخ 13-07-2025، مع تحديد يوم الجمعة الموافق 18-07-2025 كتاريخ مفضل للتوصيل.\\n\\nللأسف، تم تسليم الطلب بتاريخ 14-07-2025 الساعة 10:09 صباحًا، أي قبل الموعد المطلوب بأربعة أيام، ولم يتم احترام الوقت الذي اخترته للتوصيل، وهو وقت صلاة الجمعة.\\n\\nكما أن إثبات التسليم يظهر أن الطلب تم وضعه دون تنسيق أو استلام مباشر، وهذا غير مقبول خصوصًا أن التوقيت لم يكن مناسبًا نهائيًا.\\n\\nأطلب منكم النظر في هذه المشكلة، وضمان احترام مواعيد التوصيل المحددة من قبل العميل مستقبلًا، مع تعويض مناسب عن هذا الخلل
