Introduction

Welcome to the Qatrat Kheir application, an online platform dedicated to delivering water bottles to mosques in Qatar based on customer preferences. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the application, as this document outlines the legal rights and obligations governing your relationship with the application and its services.

By using the application, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using the application.

Definitions

• Application: Refers to the Qatrat Kheir app and all services provided through it.
• User: Any individual who downloads or uses the application.
• Supplier: Entities providing water bottles.
• Services: Include the purchase and delivery of water bottles to mosques within Qatar.

Terms of Use

1. Users must be over 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the application.
2. The application must not be used for any unlawful purposes or activities that violate Qatari laws.
3. Users must provide accurate information during registration and order placement and are responsible for keeping their details updated.
4. The management reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if any terms of use are violated.

Registration and Account

1. Using the services requires creating an account within the application.
2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details.
3. Account sharing with third parties is prohibited without prior approval from the application’s management.

Orders and Payment

1. All orders placed through the application are subject to availability and approval by the management.
2. Multiple payment methods are available, and users must select their preferred option.
3. If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, the user will be notified, and the amount paid will be refunded as per the refund policy.
4. All listed prices in the application include applicable taxes and fees.

Delivery and Services

1. Water bottle deliveries are made within 48 hours of order confirmation and payment completion.
2. Users are responsible for providing the correct mosque location when placing an order.
3. The application is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or natural disasters.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled within one hour of placement without any charges.
2. After one hour, cancellations are only allowed under exceptional circumstances, subject to management approval.
3. In case of an issue with an order, users can contact customer service to request a replacement or refund.

Legal Liability

1. The application is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from its use.
2. Users are solely responsible for any unauthorized or illegal use of their accounts or data.
3. Users must comply with all applicable Qatari laws when using the application.

Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content, designs, and software used in the application are protected under Qatari intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

By submitting any content through Qatrat Kheir, you grant us a non-exclusive, free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use this content in any manner, including but not limited to:

• Reproducing, modifying, and editing it.
• Adapting, translating, distributing, publishing, and broadcasting it.
• Displaying or performing it publicly worldwide.

Additionally, you grant us the right to take legal action against any infringement of your rights or ours in this content. You acknowledge that all content submitted via Qatrat Kheir is non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Interactive Areas Usage

1. Users are solely responsible for their interactions within the application’s interactive areas.
2. Posting content that promotes illegal activities or infringes on the rights of others is prohibited.
3. Posting content that may cause harassment or disturbance to others is not allowed.
4. Sharing personal information of third parties, such as phone numbers or email addresses, is strictly prohibited.
5. Uploading content that violates intellectual property rights or contains unauthorized promotional materials is forbidden.
6. The introduction of viruses or harmful files that may disrupt the application or harm other users is prohibited.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Qatrat Kheir, its affiliates, employees, directors, and staff from any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, including legal fees, arising from violations of these Terms and Conditions or any other damages resulting from their use of the application.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

The application reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the application after modifications constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Qatar.
2. In case of disputes, both parties should attempt to resolve them amicably. If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Qatar.
